These Acceptable Use Policy (hereinafter: Acceptable Use Policy) govern what is permitted on the Online Portal. Any breach constitutes grounds for restriction of access to the Online Portal and deletion of the user account.
By using the Online Portal and/or registering an account on the Online Portal, the Participant fully accepts these General Terms of Service.
Defined terms have the same meaning as in the General Terms of Service of the Online Portal.
The Operator unequivocally condemns human trafficking, sexual exploitation, forced labour, and all forms of modern slavery in accordance with Article 113 of the Slovenian Criminal Code (Kazenski zakonik) and Directive (EU) 2011/36/EU on preventing and combating trafficking in human beings and protecting its victims. Any content, conduct, Interaction, or Uploaded Content on the Online Portal that involves, promotes, facilitates, depicts, or implies the recruitment, transportation, harbouring, or exploitation of any person through force, fraud, coercion, deception, or abuse of vulnerability — including for sexual or labour purposes — is strictly prohibited. This includes any material suggesting or glorifying trafficking, non-consensual exploitation, or the involvement of trafficked persons. All Participants must ensure that every Creator Interaction and all Uploaded Content (including Co-authored Works under Article 14 of the General Terms of Service) is fully consensual, voluntary, and lawful. The Operator maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy. Any violation will result in immediate removal of the content, permanent termination of the user account, forfeiture of any Creator Earnings linked to the violation, and full cooperation with Slovenian law enforcement authorities, Europol, or other competent bodies as required. Suspected cases may be reported via the Notice-and-Takedown procedure (Article 20 of the General Terms of Service) or directly to support@test.com. This prohibition applies without exception and takes precedence over any other provision in the Terms of Service.
